Two weeks ago, we reported that Doughnut Dolly is also popping up literally around the corner at The Market. This is giving customer’s definitely much more choice BUT also streamlines the competition. Bon Marché owner Matt Semmelhack says that until he cansell the place outright to a new operator, he’s looking to fill it withfive or six vendors like Minnie Bell’s, so that it can become an all-dayfood hall.

You better get eating.
