The byproduct of an accountant and biochemist, Yannick Crespo and Allison Bordsen, these two revolutionaries set-out to create a yet-seen pot product: a cannabis-infused extra virgin olive oil that was not only neutral and full-bodied in flavor, but also dosage specific.

“Dosage inconsistency in the current cannabis space is rampant, and we wanted to develop a sophisticated product to combat that issue – one that provided a safe, easy and consistent solution for dosage control,” explains Crespo.

And he couldn’t be more right.

(I can vividly recall once sharing a cannabis-infused dinner experience with a group of friends of mine. While some of us were left unfazed and completely sober by all accounts, others—like myself—couldn’t discern our left shoe from our right when the night had come to a dizzyingly high end.)

“We also noticed a lack of luxury in the market, and wanted to create a brand that would appeal to epicureans and those with truly sophisticated palates. PdH [the official name of their cannabis-infused oil] would be at home on the shelf next to any premium extra virgin olive oil brand.”

// On sale beginning in April of this year, Pot d’Huilie’s “PdH” can be bought in a few select grocery stories or one their online retail store for between $50 and $140, depending on bottle size.

We’ll be waiting with bated breath for our “pot-luck” dinner invitations.
