The OnePlus 5 will first go on sale in Europe and the US, with the Indian launch of the handset expected to take place on June 22nd.

Availability and Release Date

The OnePlus 5 will go on sale from June 27 in the US and Europe. However, you can order the phone through the company’s Early Drop program by using the code “Clearer Photos.” Shipments for Early Drop orders start from June 21st itself, with customers also being offered a 50 percent discount on the Welcome Bundle of the handset which includes a Type-C cable, a protective case, OnePlus Bullets v2 earphones, and a 3D tempered screen protector.

Officially, the handset will be sold in all the countries marked in red above.

Price

While there were rumors of the OnePlus 5 being priced above $500, the company has managed to spring a surprise. The base variant of the 5 with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage is priced at $479 (€499), with the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant being priced at $539 (€559). Now, for the bad news. The Midnight Black color of the OnePlus 5 is reserved for the 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant of the device. The 6GB variant will be available in only Slate Gray color.
