Our Take

OnePlus is expected to launch only one variant of the OnePlus TV in India. The company is also rumored to launch the OnePlus 7T in India weeks before releasing it in other markets. Needless to say, India is an important market for OnePlus. The OnePlus One disrupted smartphone market with class-leading specifications and a price tag of a mid-range device. Several iterations later, OnePlus is still able to serve the customers with high-end specs at a price lower than that of flagships. In all likelihood, the company will follow a similar strategy with OnePlus TV. Moreover, the upcoming OnePlus TV will not only rival Mi TV but also other brands like Samsung and LG.
